Product Description:

This product is a Taiwan-manufactured high-density polyethylene sheet (HDPE Sheet), produced using raw materials that comply with NSF and FDA food-grade standards. An optional antimicrobial additive from Ishizuka Glass (Japan), also compliant with NSF/FDA safety requirements, can be incorporated into the material.

The sheet is safe for direct food-contact applications while offering excellent mechanical performance and durability, making it suitable for both food-related and industrial applications.

HDPE sheets feature high impact resistance, excellent wear resistance, a low coefficient of friction, and superior moisture resistance. They are ideal for use as processing bases, equipment protection panels, and various mechanical components. Compared to wood or metal, HDPE offers advantages such as non-absorbency, corrosion resistance, lightweight properties, and ease of machining—making it one of the most widely used engineering plastics in modern industries.

HDPE sheets with antimicrobial additives help inhibit bacterial growth and are suitable for environments requiring enhanced hygiene control, in addition to standard food-contact applications.
