2. Our Quotation
We will prepare and send you a formal quotation based on your request.

3. Customer Confirmation
After reviewing the price and specifications, please confirm and provide your order details (company name, recipient information, VAT number, etc.).

4. Order Details from Us
We will confirm your order and provide the payment information along with a detailed order sheet.

5. Payment & Final Confirmation
Please complete the payment and confirm your order once again.

6. Production
Your order will be scheduled for production, and we will inform you of the estimated delivery time.

7. Shipping
After final inspection, your custom cutting boards will be shipped.
